IAT Certified Coach · For women rebuilding after betrayal
Coaching for women who have been through betrayal, cheating, divorce or unhealthy relationship patterns and feel like they lost themselves along the way. Using Integrated Attachment Theory, we work on what's keeping you stuck, so you can actually change it.
Maybe it was betrayal. Maybe divorce, or the same relationship pattern showing up again with someone new. Either way, somewhere along the way you stopped feeling like yourself.
You keep asking yourself what you did wrong, or why this happened to you.
You feel rejected, not good enough, angry, lost or scared. Sometimes all in the same day.
You know a relationship isn't healthy, but leaving, letting go or not going back feels impossible.
You start over with someone new, and the same problems show up again.
You know you need better boundaries and to stop putting everyone else first. Knowing it just hasn't changed it.
You're not sure what your own needs are anymore, or if you can trust your own decisions.
“I know this isn't working. So how do I actually change it?” Nothing is wrong with you. You're dealing with patterns no one ever taught you how to change.
You can understand for years why you react a certain way, why you choose certain relationships, or where a belief came from, and still keep doing the same thing.
You can explain your patterns. You've read the books and listened to the podcasts. But in the moment, you still react the same way.
We find what's underneath the problem, work on changing the beliefs and responses connected to it through subconscious reprogramming, and practice tools you can use in real situations.

I was married for 10 years and went through betrayal, cheating and divorce. I was left rebuilding my life while raising three children.
I tried therapy, books and podcasts. I understood a lot, but I was still stuck. Integrated Attachment Theory is what finally helped me change.
That change is why I became a Certified IAT Coach: to show women who feel lost, stuck and overwhelmed that even when everything feels dark, there is a way out.
We don't stop at understanding. Using Integrated Attachment Theory, we look at what's underneath your reactions and work on changing what's keeping you stuck.
Core wounds and limiting beliefs. Find the beliefs driving your choices, and rewire them.
Needs. Learn what you actually need, and how to meet it.
Emotional patterns. Understand what's happening when you're triggered, and work through it.
Boundaries. Set them and keep them, without the guilt.
Communication. Say what you want and need, clearly.
Behavioral patterns. Change the responses you later regret.

The goal isn't to talk about the problem for years, or to depend on me. You leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and tools you know how to use on your own.
I'm an IAT Certified Coach, not a therapist. This is coaching: practical, forward-focused, and built around changing what's keeping you stuck.
